District N.C.D. Sell, Civil Hospital- Junagadh On 09/07/2018 Inaugurated National Mental Health Program In The Samprat Education & Charitable Trust, Under The Program. This Event (District Mental Health Program) Coordinator Shri Vishanbhai Kathad, Ajaybhai Jadeja And Ripalbhai Mardiya Were Present. A Program For Awareness And About Mental Illness In Junagadh District Street Drama, Rally, Seminar, Screening Camp, Suicide, Prevention, Rangla-Rangali Program Is Performed. Awareness Activities Are Done In Schools, Colleges And Hostels In Junagadh District As Well. After Attempts To Remove Superstitions In The Society For Mental Illness, Efforts Are Made. The Project Is Being Organized By The Ministry Of Health Of The Government Of India And N.C.D Sell General Hospital Running In Collaboration With Junagadh.
Under The Central Ministry Of Women And Child Development , Taking Into Account The Beautiful Functioning Of The Organisation Child Line-1098 Has Been Given Recognition By The Child Line India Foundation. The Inauguration Was Done 14/11/2016. This Project Was Opened In The Presence Social Security Officer Ms. Hanshaben Vala And Officer Of The Child Protection Unit, Anandben Khacher. Date- 14/11/2016 To Date- 20/11/2016, According To " World Child Day", Children's Day Celebrations By Child Line Team, Rickshaw Loud Speaker And Pamphlet Distribution, Announced The CHILD LINE 1098. Child Line Is A 24 Hour Phone And Emergency Out Reach Service For Children With Care And Protection. The Child Line Is Supported By The Union Ministry Of Women And Child Development. And The State Governments, NGOs Are Associated With Related Systems And Corporate Sector.
This Organisation Keeeps Highly Handicaped Childrens And Provide Them Various Types Of Tranings Over There. This Organisation Looks After Those Childrens Who Are Fully Hanidcaped And Not Aweare Of The Things Such As Doing Toilet And Washroom. As Because The Childresn Are Fully Handicapped The Orgenisation Looks After Proviiding Them Their Primery Needs Such Drinking Water And Food. Thenafter Org Makes Them To Follow The Regular Routien , Teaches Them The Physical Excersice And The Social Knowledge. Currently All Together There Are 63 Childrens Residing. Out Of Them 43 Childrens Leaves Improperly Socially And Family Based. And Because Of Which These Celebrates Various Festivals In Org Itself. For These Any Kind Of Fees Are Not Taken From The Childrens. The Total Requirments Of The Org Is Fullfilled By The Donors Only.
Programs Like "Badhate Kadam" As Well As "World Handicapped Day" Are Under Taken By This Institute In An Association With National Trust. For The Acceptance Of The Handicapped People In The Society "The Social Welfare" Program Has Been Conducted As A Part Of Creating Awareness For Removing The Blind Belief For Handicapped Peopled In The Society.
The Survey Of Handicapped People Within Different Talukas Were Conducted By The Organization. During The Survey They Found Various Different 2218 Types Of Handicapped People. The Handicapped People Found During The Survey Were Offered With The Information Of The Government Benefits Such As Handicapped Certificate, Medical Certificates, Railway Pass, Bus Pass, Sant Surdas Yojana, Equipment Help, Scholarship Etc.
The Program Of Equipment Help Distribution Was Conducted On Saturday 12/03/2011 At 12 Noon With The Help Of Donors. Shri Pravin Sinha Saheb I.G. Of The South Range Was Invited As The President Of The Programe. Other Invited Guests Includes Mahant Shri Shernath Bapu Of "Gauv Rakshk Ashram" - Bhavnath, S.P. Shri Nilesh B. Jajadiya For The District Junagadh And Porbandar, DySP Shri M.C. Patel, PSI A.B.Sisodiya Saheb, District Ayurved Officer Shri D.P. Savaliya Saheb And Manshukhbhai Vaja President Satyam Seva Yuvak Mandal. In This Program Of Equipment Distribution All Together 91 Equipments Were Distributed Which Included Tricycles, Wheel Chair, Walker, M.R.Kit, CP Chair Etc Were Included.
Program For Distribution Of Wheel Chair For Highly Handicapped Children Was Held On 26th July 2012. Shri Jawaharbhai Chavda M.L.A. Of Manavadar Was Invited As The President Of Program And Deputy Commission Shree N.H.Hadabe As Well As Other Chief Guest Attended The Program. 30 Needy Children Were Provided With The Wheel Chair In This Program. All Of These Wheel Chairs Were Provided By Shri R.S.Jadav Saheb Of "Ashirwad Viklang Trust - Sayala". This Program Was Successfully Organized And Supported By Sarpanch Shri Of The Nearby Villages.
On 02/03/2013 And 03/03/2013 Check Up Camp Of Various Helping Aids For Handicapped Like Tricycle, Wheelchair, Hearing Aid, Ghodi, Walker, Calipers And Blind Stick Was Organized At Different Two Places With The Support From "Aashirwad Viklang Seva Trust" - Sayla. First Camp Was Organized At Sasan (Gir) On 02/03/2013 And In This Camp 258 Handicapped Participated. Second Camp Was Organized At Bilkha On 03/03/2013 And In This Camp Total 680 Handicapped (Male - Female Both) Participated. In This Camp Total 626 Helping Aids Were Given To Them.
